The France Excellence Eiffel Scholarship program has been developed by the French Ministry for Europe and Foreign Affairs to enable French higher education institutions to attract the best international students to master's and doctoral degree programs.
It aims to train future foreign decision-makers from the private and public sectors in priority fields of study.
P.s. Tuition fees will be waived only for the French public institutions.
