1. EEF fees for the year of 2025-2026  :

·      3,000THB – Students participating in exchange programs and/or students studying in dual degree programs with partner universities in France. 

·      5,000THB - Regular applicants of Candidate and Pre-Consular

> For CANDIDATES applicants (Bachelor's, Master's, and Doctoral degrees) who have not yet contacted or been accepted by an institution, the application and documents will be handled by Campus France, and we will coordinate and assist students during the application periods (DAP and HDAP)

> For PRE-CONSULAR students who have already been accepted by an institution, such as for training or language courses, double degree programs, diploma programs, certificates, etc., *the processing time is 3 weeks from the date of payment.*

*** Exemption of the EEF fees for ***

· French or Thai Government Scholarship laureates (only the ongoing academic year)

· Holders of French Baccalauréat (in 4 last academic years)

Please contact us if you are in one of the mentioned conditions for the exemption of the EEF fees!

2. Declare your payment by yourself via Google Form

Declare your payment by justifying the proof of transaction, no larger than 500 kb, via the link below only.

4. Wait for the validation by Campus France within 48 hours. Please log in your EEF account.

In case that there is no validation within 48 hours (counting only working days), please contact us again.

5. Your file will be processed only after the payment validation.

After the process, log in your EEF account to download the letter of "Confirmation of Acceptance / Accord préalable d'inscription" to get 50% discount on visa at TLS contact.

Terms & Conditions

· Please note that all payments are final and non refundable.

· Applications must be completed and accompanied by (uploaded) required documentation. If the application is incomplete upon submission and payment, application review may take longer than usual.

· Students must be accessible via email and phone throughout the entire process.
